Shipping rates are calculated by weight during checkout. You’ll see the final price before completing your purchase.

 

I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?
Before reaching out to us, please take these steps:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
• Contact your local post office to see if they have your package.
• Ask your neighbors if the courier might have left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is increasing. If you’re expecting a delivery and won’t be home to accept it, consider using an alternative address where someone can receive it.

If you find an error in your delivery address, we can ship a replacement order, but the new shipping costs would be your responsibility.
