Who We Are

Tom wearing an Agritees shirt

Hi, I’m Tom 👋

The chickens started this. Obviously.

I spent years designing T-shirts for Amazon. It taught me plenty, but eventually I got tired of building on someone else’s platform, following someone else’s rules, and never really knowing the people wearing my work.

I wanted to create something with its own voice — and make shirts for a very specific kind of person.

So I started Agritees.

This isn’t a made-up farm story

I grew up around chickens and homestead life.

My grandmother raised chickens - and plenty of other things. My parents did too. My in-laws still do.

Today, my wife and I are slowly building a homestead of our own. Our current flock still lives with my mother-in-law because, as anyone who has tried this knows, the dream, the timeline, and the bank account rarely agree.

Not very glamorous. Kind of perfect.

These aren’t chicken shirts for everybody

Agritees is for the people actually living this life.

The ones feeding chickens before breakfast. Arguing with broody hens. Cleaning the coop again. Buying three chicks and somehow coming home with twelve. Again.

People who know the animals are exhausting, expensive, occasionally ungovernable - and still wouldn’t trade them for anything.

I come up with every Agritees concept myself, drawing from real farm life, family stories, customer emails, and the strange thoughts people have while doing chores no normal person would voluntarily choose.

Some of the best designs begin with a customer message that makes me think:

"Yep. That needs to be a shirt."

Chickens are the center of gravity around here, but goats, cows, gardens, and general farm chaos are always welcome.

A small brand run by a real person

I choose every design, read every review, and answer the customer emails myself.

If you contact Agritees, you’re talking to me - not a support department pretending to be a person.

Every shirt is printed especially for you after you order it. That means no giant warehouse full of random mass-produced tees waiting for someone to buy them. Just soft, comfortable shirts made for people who will actually wear them.

And if something isn’t right, email me within 30 days of delivery. I’ll look at what happened and find a fair way to make it right.

Because I’m not trying to sell one shirt and disappear. I’m trying to build the place people come back to whenever they need another shirt that explains their questionable life choices for them.

If that sounds like your kind of place, welcome.

The flock is weird, slightly feral, and very good company.
